Overview
Based out of Hinckley, Leicestershire, Trades education recruitment is set on recruiting skilled workers and tradesmen into education roles in colleges or private training providers. They have secured a remarkable reputation in fulfilling their goal of matching candidates to opportunities within the education sector and supporting businesses and colleges in recruiting experienced workers.
Incorporated in early 2022, Trades education was looking to start their business for which they attended the REC new starter course for funding-related insights. They found Giant Finance+ to be the right fit for their business due to their team of experts who were extremely knowledgeable on the subject and did not provide a hard sell which encouraged them to reach out and find out more.
Solution
We asked Alex Tranter, Director Trades Education Recruitment a few questions about our solution, here’s what they had to say:
What was the take on process like with Giant Finance+?
“It was made very easy and I was introduced 'virtually' to Lauren and Sarah very early on. They then held my hand through my lack of computer skills and experience. They were available on the end of the phone or via email straightaway and helped to iron out any worries I had as a new business owner.”
How was the training?
“There were online videos available for the more day to day activities and I have been able to then call as and when I needed further support.”
What do you think of the systems?
“I like them and find them very intuitive. I can navigate relatively well now, but sometimes need a bit more time when something unusual comes up.”
“I would as they have been a real life saver when the business grew much more quickly than I first thought it would. I have also had a few issues with my candidates and clients that Sarah and her team have helped with enormously. The service provided is very useful and it’s great that we have a whole team to hand as well as the dedicated people, to help when something unusual comes up.”
