Revised Recruitment Group is a Cardiff based teaching agency who specialise in matching schools and colleges across Wales with the best supply staff. With over 1600 schools across Wales, there are numerous opportunities for teachers, teaching assistants and support staff alike to make their mark, whether it be on a daily, short term or long-term basis. The challenge

Even as a start-up, co-owners Emily de Beaux and Will Rees-Hole, knew the importance of conducting credit checks for their clients to protect their business from the outset. This was a key reason for choosing Giant Finance+ to begin with. Emily & Will were also looking for a solution to process and fund their temporary candidate’s weekly payroll so would benefit from our 100% factoring solution.

The solution

Having over 20 years of experience matching recruitment agencies with the right solution to help them grow compliantly, we knew what Revised Recruitment Group needed. In August 2020, we set them up with an invoice finance facility and full back office including payroll and credit control. Any agency that benefits from our invoice finance facility gets credit control and bad debt protection built in which protects our customers from any non-payers or bad debt as we conduct a full credit checking process on all end debtors.

Efficiency is super important to the team at Revised Recruitment Group so having a mobile friendly portal that is available to candidates and debtors 24 hours a day was crucial. This means candidates and clients submitting and authorising timesheets can self-serve and the team can focus on stimulating business growth.
