Giant Screening is able to manage all screening and reference checks, and they let us know as soon as the report is ready to download. They also make us aware if anything comes back ‘not cleared’ and we need to investigate further.
The results
This service significantly decreases our administration and therefore allows us to add value to the business in other areas. We found that some of the employee re-screening email templates were very direct, especially relating to follow-ups and this was brought to our attention so Giant worked with us to implement improved communications to our employees.
